When can I pick up my meals?
Depending on whether you picked Tuesday or Wednesday’s pick up, you will pick it up that evening from the hours of 5 PM to 9 PM.

Do I keep the cooler bag?
No, you return it when you pick up your next order. If you stopped your orders, please stop by and return at any time.

Can I get off the auto order?
Yes, you sure can. Just send us an email anytime you want to skip a week. If you want to cancel completely, log in to your account and cancel it.

What if I want to change the ingredients included in my meals?
Shoot us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to change your file.

What if I want to change the number of meals I get?
Log in to your account and cancel your order, then make a new order.

What happens if I forget to leave my cooler at my front door to be picked up?
No problem. Just leave it out the next week. However, if it happens more than two weeks in a row, then we will ask you to drop off the coolers at our pick up location.
